Taking Control of Your Diabetes:
12 week program includes nutrition education (once per week at Sobeys on Regent Street) and physical activity (two times per week at the YMCA- southside) to help you lower blood sugars and manage weight. April 3 – June 15th, 1:30-3:00 pm
Cost $40 for YMCA Members and $80 for Public.
4 week program: Starting Tuesday, April 4th, 10:30- 12:00 noon, Regent Street
Eating Mediterranean-Style – 2 Weeks: Thursday, April 20th and 27th, 1:30-3:00 pm, Regent Street
Community Breastfeeding Support Drop-in: Every Friday, 11:00 – 1:00 pm. Brookside Drive
