Employee Performance Management Workshop

learnspherecanadaPriority Personnel, in partnership with LearnSphere Canada, is pleased to host an Employee Performance Management Workshop on Thursday February 25th, 2016 from 9 am to 4 pm.

This workshop will provide participants with the process, steps and tools to implement a performance management system within their workplace.

During this interactive workshop you will learn about:

  • the challenges of managing in today’s environment
  • the important role of leadership
  • the Performance Management Cycle
  • coaching and feedback
  • dealing with poor performers

The workshop will be facilitated by Pierre Battah of Battah Associates. Pierre is a leadership and workplace specialist focused on creating cultures where people collaborate brilliantly and do their very best work. He is a long time workplace columnist and blogger for CBC Radio One, has been a nationally syndicated broadcaster, a recent TEDx presenter and is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. He was selected to attend the prestigious Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard University’s Kennedy School with delegates from around the world.

Pierre has spoken to audiences across Canada and in the United States. He trains for Learnsphere Canada, UNB’s College of Extended Learning and l’Université de Moncton’s Continuing Education Department as well as with a number of private and public sector employers and associations.

He has occupied senior management roles with some of Canada’s leading employers including the Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Assumption Mutual Life and as a managing partner with KBRS, one of Canada’s premier HR Consulting firms. He was previously an assistant professor of management at Mount Allison University’s Ron Joyce School of Business.

Pierre is fluently bilingual, he holds an MBA from l’Université de Moncton and bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New Brunswick. He is also a certified management consultant (CMC) and a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
