About the Session:

Of all the organizational issues or problems, Ethical Dilemmas are the most difficult ones to navigate. There is usually no clear right or wrong solution, at least from a legal perspective. Despite our best intentions, the chosen solution can sometimes lead us to be wedged between a rock and a hard place. Dealing with ethical HR dilemmas improperly can lead to a strained work environment as well as create damaging publicity for the organization.

Join us as our very experienced facilitator, Sally Wells, leads an engaging and thought-provoking workshop to provide you with fresh perspectives, skills, techniques and shared experiences on this challenging topic.

Sally is looking for your ethical dilemmas in advance so that she can prepare and incorporate them into the presentation. Participants are asked to submit their ethical dilemma scenarios no later than March 21st to Fredericton@hranb.org

This session will appeal to HR professionals, business leaders, managers, administrators, business owners, consultants, students and union leadership.

A delicious Buffet Breakfast will be served from 8 to 8:30 am. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am. Bring your business card to enter to win a free breakfast session!

Please note that individuals who register but are unable to attend will be invoiced if they don’t cancel before the registration deadline.
