Mary-Ellen holds a Bachelor degree in Physical Education from the University of New Brunswick (1995) and has accumulated hundreds of hours in professional development in the areas of health, wellness, fitness, medical science, and self-development. She has an authentic interest in seeing people thrive and succeed and this is easily apparent with her gregarious nature, positive energy and her ability to connect with people. Mary-Ellen is certified in Mindful Eating with Shambhala Publications (2014) (shambhala.com) and is a certified Corporate Wellness Consultant with the Well.org Corporate Wellness Academy (2015) (well.org).
