Relax, go deep within, and just let go. Each 90 minute class will leave you feeling calm, centred, and ready for the week ahead.
Bring a yoga mat and a towel, all other props provided.
Four week series, every Saturday in January, $50 taxes incl. Min 6 mos yoga experience required.
You must reserve your spot in advance, as space is limited. Minimum 6 students, max 10.

Preparatory yoga stretches, pranayama poses, breathing techniques and sequences.
PRANAYAMA is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prāna, or vital life source.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Wear a face mask when entering and exiting the studio. Social distancing rules will be in effect.
