The formal session to hear oral presentations concerning the final draft of the proposed new ward map which was to take place Thursday, December 11 has been cancelled because no written or oral submissions were made before the December 9 deadline.
The committee will meet instead from 2:30 to 4:00 pm at City Hall to begin drafting its final report on the proposed new ward boundaries for presentation to the City Council on January 5, 2015. The committee will be pleased to speak with anyone concerning the proposed changes during this time. If you have any concerns you would like to discuss, the committee can be reached by consulting staff at the City Hall reception desk.
